| These cards were originally conceived as part of a splash screen for a Microsoft games promotional type of thing. I was trying to use elements that would be reflective of some of the less violent scenarios. At the time, the company had just released “NBA Full Court Press.” People always played Solitaire on their machines, and Microsoft Golf was also very popular. So, I included a basketball, spinning on the finger of the king card, and if you look closely, a golf club is held in the hand of the jack. |
